Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, the United States, the Philippines, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by Shopify at checkout and depend on your location. Please note that shipping prices may vary between regions and are subject to change based on courier rates. 

Address Accuracy & Liability

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not liable for any orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned or requires redirection due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your package.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes however, we will do our best to assist you in working with the courier to resolve the issue. 

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery for nearby customers.

Your order may be delivered personally by me or our delivery driver to ensure faster turnaround times, perfect for last-minute gifts or urgent orders.

If the available delivery dates don’t suit you, please reach out, we’ll be happy to arrange an alternative option. 

Pick-Up / Collection

You are welcome to collect your order directly from our home business location.

Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the collection address and arrival instructions.

There are no fees for collection.
